Well, you see, that's the problem with women. They do what others tell them to do hairstyle-wise. They allow unimaginative hairstylists and straight male directors to decide what'a "acceptable" hairstyle-wise. How about striking out with some imagination, girls? You really need to stop pleasing straight males in the way you prepare your hair. My suggestion is that many of you go out and get mullets, buzz-cuts, asymmetrical bobs etc.

Consider that the reason straight males want you to have long, flowing hair is so that they can pull on it during sex. It's essentially a form of control, and you're falling for it.
