The 1st amendment makes it tricky to ban publishing true facts. But many states have privacy laws that cover facts where "there is a reasonable presumption of privacy". Lots of hurdles to meet the standards and a Real Name won't work - definitely not in Gen's case - but a Social Security Number might.
More realistically, you can't get blood from a turnip - a successful lawsuit probably won't find more than $5 in Allie's name, or Luger's, and RLD isn't likely to liable (RLD got Gen's SSN from Luger, not the other way around, as part of a shoot).
