Theoretically, he's already going to be dead, so why should he give a fuck (or more importantly, how will he be able to give a fuck, being dead) whether or not the guy who kills him gets caught? I can just imagine the threat 'Yeah motherfucker, I'm gonna kill you, and then to really rub salt in the wound, I'm going to evade capture by the police, meaning no-one will be bought to justice for your killing and you will be forever doomed to walk the earth as a ghost until justice is done. 3) Shy's Mafia Dad...if Shy's Dad is anyone of any note in the Mafia, I very much doubt Shy would be sucking cocks for a living.
