The industry is majority-wise "dodgy sluggish" (like any other) with mainly "dodgy sluggish" people where directors hire their girlfriends who are barely old enough to buy cigarettes or buy alcohol, much less know what adulthood is; to be his on-set assistant to manage paper work where she has access to anything I'm sure.
