They sent me a test booklet, I filled it out, answered the test questions and got a certificate and a little card. My father-in-law at the time first brought home a pre-test booklet that he'd spent hours on. He gave me a different one to see how I'd do. I honestly thought it was pretty stupid, I got one wrong out of the twenty puzzles in less than a half hour. My father-in-law sent the pre-test booklet to MENSA who sent me the test booklet I needed for qualification. I didn't do anything with the card or certificate and I think the membership dropped when I let the Magazine Prescription lapse.

I thought a more challenging IQ test was the one I took at the Fox And Hound in St. Louis.
