While I really know nothing about IQs except for what I have just read, as I guessed the system is based on a Bell Curve. And here is a graph which shows you the general characterstics. In general, less than 3% of a given population will have an IQ above 130... there's sites where you can read about this but I'm going to watch TV. Lol.
