I saw the swtaring episode for Larry David's 'Curb Your Enthunsiasm' gor the first tiome on the dvd. The premise is that it'sa documentary about Davids return to stand up comedy by Hbo. They go all out to b uild him a big set and all. In the climax he has a coid feet meeting with the network people and backs out of it, telling them his step father is in a coma due to his Momma nagging him while putting on his seatr belt, and nlow Larryu and noone else MUST comfoirt her in Florida even though it m,eans cacelling the HBO special- A LIE. Alll know it, but they all reract as if it wasn't. The HBO exec says "Larry, does Mom rtealize what is at stake here?" and David answerss "Yes, bujt she doesn't c are." That is fuclking genius and makees me glad to be alive though I am an alcoholic withy no future.
