There are certain things that are not protected by freedom of speech, that is why kiddie porn is illegal.

But nothing any legitmate producer makes is violating freedom of speech. Its all 100% legal and made using talent that is verefied to be of age.

Personally i think that watching cnn during the Iraq War and seeing live video feed of dead, bloodied bodies, and men trying to kill each other was highly obscene,offensive and morally repugnant. whoever started the war needs to be indicted with 300 counts of streaming live obscenity via mass media.

I agree that movies made between consenting adults should be legal and should be protected. Assumiong of course that all of the actors are consenting, the last thing I want to see protected under freedom of speech is snuff or rape films.
