I thought something had to meet 3 criteria to be considered obscene - turn you on, gross you out, and have no artistic or literary value. Gag Factor turns me on, but it doesn't gross me out and it has definite artistic value. It doesn't proport to gross me out, and does claim artistic value, so, I think they can fight it without being hypocrites like the other side.
