Well the Supreme Court has ruled that the freedom of speach does not protect obsenity. The question then becomes one of community standards. That is why kiddie porn is not protected.

I am troubled by this. They go after the porn that they think is the very worst and that people will think that is ok. That will then give them precedent to go after all porn.
