I agree actually. I was half serious about the bail, not that he would need it obviously, but seriously, "smiling" Albert has a serious hair up his ass to scare the porn industry. And THE US government and its agencies are stupid like that, they will make your life a living hell, fighting battels they know they will most likely ultimately LOSE, if it produces perceived psychological, political and/or collateral damage which this clearly will do...this is meant to scare OTHER companies into pulling back and toning things down.
