That's a Tarsier... a nocturnal primate from Southeast Asia. Not technically a monkey though, as monkeys are classified as "simian", and the tarsiers and lemurs are classified as "prosimian". Tarsiers are in the suborder Haplorrhini. Lemurs are classified as Strepsirrhini.
