Here's the deal. Some ugly incompetent bitch from San Francisco gets hired by my former company, and as an employee whose about to transfer to bigger and better things, I have to train her as my replacement. No big deal.

However, when I came into work today, I was pulled into my Boss' office. He told me there was good news and bad news. He immediately handed me two checks, one for the past pay period and one and a severance check for the upcoming pay period. I knew I'd been fired at that point, but his demeanor was quite friendly. I asked what happened, and he told me the ugly bitch had accused me of "crotch-staring".

On advice of his lawyers, I had to be let go despite testimony from all other coworkers I did nothing wrong and the fact the bitch has changed her story several times, and the Boss himself doesn't believe her. He has to protect his business, so I have to go, but I will still get a favorable reference form him and am eligible for re-hire down the road.

All is cool with my Boss and I and I'm financially unscathed, but I feel I should seek vengeance. What is my best option:
