Okay, you don't have hosting, and you don't have your domain name registered yet. Which means you can't have designed any logos, graphics, watermarks, set up any hosted galleries etc. The website name is the first thing you need, and you need to get it registered...someone could have the same idea and register it in 30 seconds.

I'm sorry, but anyone who has a website and doesan't want to give the name out sets off alarm bells in my book...you should be whoring that URL around like there's no tomorrow.

That, coupled with the lack of details (as pointed out by Chico) might explain why you're going to have a hard time being taken seriously...
