I'd like to see a movie shot in a real circus tent. 3 rings with things like double penetration, a gag couch, midget and clown mini bukkakes (bukkaki?), someone with a whip and a chair trying to tame Kelly Wells, etc. I am sure folks here can come up with sexual circus act ideas. Maybe this could be a Girlvert with AB as ringmaster?

Yeah. Something like that. Rent an old theater. Empty, no audience. Paint peeling. Holes in curtain. A spotlight harshly illuminates a couch onstage. Over the sound system, the incessant recording of an infant wailing. Gag Factor on lit couch. Gag Factor miked into soundsystem too. When the gags and retches of the woman are loud enough to compete with the audio of the crying infant, a soundbooth person turns up the infant wails louder in response.
