The Entertainium is like 30,000 sq ft in L.A. a swing facility by night and studio by day for porno companies. I've done a few movies there as a location. IT's easy for one to live there. THe place has every themed room you can imagine, a huge stage, stripper poles, bar, lounge it has everything. You dont have to walk outside, and drive in insane traffic to go to disneyland.
