Perhaps I am a homosexual for noticing, I don't know. But why is Mr. Wallace seemingly twisting his peni with his fist 180 degrees in the oppsite direction that it should be pointing? I'm not qualified to say because I never even took Psychology in my high school career, but perhaps one of you more educated types can offer some theories.

Since this is from the 1980s, back when Pac Man was still da bomb, I can only speculate that Mr Wallice is taking a mental furlough from the abominable situation his physical body is in and he is imagining he just ate a Power Pill and is trying to get that elusive fourth monster before he turns back to his original color.
Either that or he is trying to prevent his septic semen from escaping in a vain, pathetic attempt at safe sex...
