tattoos were semi cool pre-1992 or so ...now everybody has them and they are no longer a sign of any kinda exclusive cool group or whatever... just look at the faded hanging tatooed bicep of any chain smoking emphysemiac hanging around the the Keno parlor at the Shop Rite and you will see how cool these "tattoos" will look 20-30 years out...
