Long week, Saturday is here and I'm gonna drink some Guinness. The beer that drinks like a meal. So whats your poison?

Guiness is good enough for me. Personally I like real Belgians brews, the ones made by authentic drunken Belgian monks. I had a friend who used to have cases shipped to the states directly, because they're better than the ones you buy in the store.

I think Zenman is talking about Chimay (Belgian), which has been mentioned by some of the girls around here before too. Fat Tire has been my drink of choice for a decade now. Back before they sold it outside of Colorado I put a 6-pack of bottles in my luggage on a flight from Denver. One broke, yet I was so happy to have 5 left I didn't mind picking glass out of my clothes. Beamish is also a great dark stout, and I had Hoegaarden (Belgian white) for the first time in Toronto last year and recommend it highly. In the hot summertime though, I'll happily down a Miller Lite or six, not Bud-lite, anything but that.

Tequila in any form will do, but my general preferences are straight Patron silver, or, if limited to lower grade tequila, I'll go for a tequila sunrise. I also like Newcastle.

Damn, Patron even Silver Patron I'm not man enough for tahkillya. That stuff always fucks me up beyond what is acceptable. Nice, Fat Tire is a great beer. I lived in Frisco outside Breck, Copper, Loveland etc. and drank Fat Tire all the time. I went to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver twice also what a great time. Good people. Guinness is always my first choice but Miller High Life is my domestic beer. Its the Champagne of beers.

Jim Beam for booze and Milwaukee's Best Ice is my beer. Jagermeister is good stuff too.

I do also really enjoy those Woodchuck apple ciders, and sometimes a Leinenkugel's hits the spot. Living in Wis., beer is a big part of our diet.

I don't like beer. I drink vodka with just about anything as a mixer. Fresca is fine. I don't care. And it's usually very cheap vodka. And the diluted kind they sell at the grocer's. For instance, right now I'm drinking 42 proof Kamchatka w/ Diet 7UP. I drink this just about every night. I used to not drink on work nights, but for about the last 3 months I have been, because I've been feeling a great pain between my ears of late. Much worse than before. The alcohol helps, but the rubber band snaps back. The thing is that it snaps back tighter though. Pretty soon I will not be able to breathe. The "pain between my ears" thing is from a really greast movie by Arthur Penn called 'Little Big Man' with Dustin Hoffman. And indian brave says that in earnest at one point. Their is another brave in the film who is clearly homosexual. Hoffman is the narrator and he informs us that the Indians regard the homosexual with respect and call him a name that the White Man has no word for. I've seen that film probably a couple times since I've been coming here, and that character makes me think of Monstar.

Bought a few Bud 40oz's tonight. I know its gangsta but the cash flow is a little low this week after the holiday and ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Gonna drink em down and maybe do a little drunk posting tonight for fun.
