WIth all the damn money spent on popping pills and shit just go see a nutritionist and trainer who will work up a good eating and work out schedule for you so you can gain the proper weight, lose that pansy girly figure and build muscle mass all at the same time. Just do it. It's the healthiest way to go.
You dont just go to the doctor and have your testosterone checked, everything that makes up the male horomones should be evaluated. Go to the doctor again and ask for testing on all these:
Testosterone
Free Testosterone, free testosterone should be 2percent I believe in a healthy male.
Get the FSH which is the Follicle Stiumulating Hormone
Prolactin
LH which is Luteinizing Hormone that stimulates the production of testosterone, very important!
Estradoil and Progesterone
Without complete results you wouldn't be able to determine much. CHeck for diabetes, thyroid both t3 and t4 not just one of them, some doctors dont think to have both done because they're total idiots. I dont know why.
Just do it and stop trying to find pills to pop, they're never a permanent solution anyways especially if you have any condition with hormone levels.
