Micen, if you tell me that you work out all the time but you're still not seeing a 6pack, then all I can tell you is cardio, cardio, cardio. Also, eating protein totally separate from non-veggie starches (bread, rice, oatmeal, noodles) or fruit, like 4 hours apart, leans you out due to better digestion.
And stop asking about Nici Sterling squirting scenes every fucking week, as well.
