I picked up a bottle of Optimum Nutrition Yohimbe.
Serving Size:1 cap
Servings per Container: 100
Yohimbe Extract 1111mg
Optimum Nutrition's Yohimbe 1111 Caps is among the most powerful Yohimbe products available. Each capsule provides 1,111 mg of pure Yohimbine bark extract standardized to 2% Yohimbine.
If you do the math that comes out to 22.22mg of Yohimbine. Comparing this to the raw HCL products (usually about 2.5-5mg per pill) I cant help but feel like something is wrong here.
Did I get ripped off? Is the 22.22mg of Yohimbine not entirely HCL? Am I just going to be taking alot of Yohimbe? Can I still get the desired effects with this bottle?
Thanks...just trying to figure out my numbers.
