Ashely's bts insanity/hyper-ventilating/wasted soul scene from "7 the hard way" is my all time favorite. The asian girl's freak out while a bit drunk and refusing to work with chris mountain in one of the more recent attention whores discs is good. And I have an old max scene from his website where the girl yells cut and Max gives her a little lecture about who is in charge on his sets. all good stuff.
