Over the weekend I was watching "Sodom" from Sin City. WHile listening to the director's commentary the director said that porn shoots more often than not are a pain for among other reasons because usually only about half the talent shows up. He said sometimes it's because of drugs or alcohol, or they just forgot but usually it's because of STD's.

This makes it seems rather rampant. I was under the impression (perhaps falsely) that with all of the testing that the talent has to do that STD's are not as big of a problem as some people might think. So I was just wondering how prevlent STD's are. So out there in porn valley is there a rampant spread of diseases or does the industry manage to stay fairly isolated of it due to their rigorous testing.
