I don't know this woman personally, but the kind of thoughtless happy-go-luckiness-not-a-care-in-her-brow look is like a steamroller over the lives of those more reflective souls around her. So I'm theoretically siding with you. I intuitively sense that is the kind of person who can unintentionally flay a person emotionally and then with infuriating sincerity ask "What's wrong? Is there anything I can do?"
