I think it sucks that black females have no staying power in our industry (with the exception of jada fire). I loved working with vanessa blue, candace von, sydney capri, marie luv, velvet rose, there are a bunch of fantastic performers in there. of course i have had to work with a few "ghetto" performers who will remain nameless, because they sucked. but no one bats a thousand.
