Vanessa, I think most of us girls learn from each other or watching our own scenes. Even the best agents will make suggestions, but it really took another girl to tell me the spray tan made me look orange and more girls to tell me where to get my hair done. It was constructive criticism, and not catty, because somebody gave a damn. Is this normal with industry girls or just non-black girls?
