It says 'Catalonia'...which refers to Barcelona and the surrounding area. The Catalans have their own dialect and flag (like the Basques), but are less prone to blowing shit up.

Yeah, my gess is that is the Sagrada Familia Church, the older original facade done before Gaudi was turned into roadkill in front of the place. Barcelona fucking rocks! Just too bad they speak spanish (Catalan) and not english, lol.
