Here's my 10,000 Calorie Anti-Pasta Salad.
Romain Lettuce.
Green Pepper (Diced)
Black Olives.
Purple Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Small thin slices of hard salami.
Small cubed ham (about 1/4" squares)
Small cubed pepperoni (about 1/4" squares)
Shredded Mozerella Cheese (lately I've been using a Kraft Five Cheese Italian Cheese, it's got Parmisian, Provolone, Mozerella and two other white cheese I can't recall)
Spanish Olives (thin sliced)
Banana Pepper Rings
Italian Dressing.
Mmmmmmm.
It's salad, it has to be good for you right?

Sounds good, but why Kraft? Why any commercial bullshit ingredients? In honor of CAOH, WHY, WHY, WHY?!!! Look, go to the deli section of any finer grocery store and get authentic cheese. Same goes with meat. No pre-packaged. The Italian side of my family sides with me on this issue.

Cause the Kraft Cheese is the mixed cheese, and buying the ingredients from the delli adds additional expense I can't afford.

What is your opinion of those commercially available veggie burgers. I've had the Chili and Black Bean ones and they didn't make me want to vomit.
Really, whats good food that's good for me, that doesn't taste like I'm eating horseshit.

Veggie burgers are disgusting and high in carbs. Avoid soy at all costs.
Yes, you can afford finer food that hasn't been processed. It's your health and quality of life in the long run. Besides, hotter chicks frequent high-end grocery stores. I once met a guy by fighting over the last sliver of Swordfish of Bristol Farms.

I have a feeling the CAOH is a psychiatrist somewhere with leather high back chairs and dispensing his wisdom about pistoning peni to his female patients as he asks them to lay down on with their head falling upside down off the chaise lounge in his office for better analysis.
