I don't like being an apologist for Bush on this issue because I was against tax breaks for oil companies too. Sometimes I just get tired of the blame Bush for every ill in the world routine that has become tiresome, but he is Pres and that comes with the territory so it is what it is. All I can say is Congress passed the tax break that includes a hell of lot more people than just the Pres so I would just like to lay the blame to a wider scope of person.
