It's 'be semi-unhealthy day' for me so from scratch, I made home-made chicken enchiladas last night. Always better the next day!

Made Japanese Spicy Shio Ramen the other night. Nothing packaged.

Just to start the broth itself I use seaweed, benito flakes, lots of freshly crushed/minced garlic. I'll use dried anchovies if I have them around. Sea Salt added if needed. There's much more to it afterwards. Honestly I never make it exactly the same way each time because I'm never prepared to the T when I want it. But I'm working on my own perfect version of it. It's a slight obsession.

Ramen OCD seems to be preferable to cleaning or some other tweaked out shit often found in employed personnel of the cooking former whore's professional peers.

Had a smoked sausage and egg w/ peppers and onion and cheese burrito for brunch [red sauce] pretty fukken good but a little heavy !

Was starved this morning and didn't feel like having breakfast so instead went for a light lunch:

A vine ripe tomato sandwich. Tomatoes were sliced very thin with a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh ground pepper on toasted ezekiel bread (flourless) with smoked gouda and horseradish olive oil mayo. *orgasm*drool* Took me five min to make.

I had a smoked chicken sandwich. Thick multi-grain bread, smoked chicken, tomatoes, and leafy spinach instead of lettuce with tzatziki sauce instead of mayonnaise.

I heart tzatziki!

It's good on just about anything. I also use it as a dipping sauce for raw vegetables.

My ex was big into Ezekiel bread when she was pretending to have celiac's.

Why was she pretending? Celiac and the intolerance itself is certainly no fun to have. Eating gluten free though has it's rewards whether you're gluten intolerant or not.

Typically eating GLUTENous foods (not Gluten-Free) as you get older when the metabolism slows down, occurs in those who aren't active and mainly because it's super high carb and rarely ever the good kind. Some are more prone to weight gain than others when eating it regularly. Gotta love genetics. Thus creating a domino effect of diabetes and such.
