After a pretty busy week my schedule is looking a little relaxed over the next couple of days so I have chosen to indulge myself during the most important hour of the day.

I made a large plate of blackened chicken salad with fries topped off with Italian dressing and a side of mixed fruit in a bowl. That's right bitches I'm in it to win it.

It turns out two of the Health care hoes at my girlfriends gym are moving onto greener pastures and Ms. Loop wanted to wish them well, so she had me up at 6am making a Brasilian style guacamole dip I once experimented with.

In other news, my friend Sparky purchased a stack of vinyl being told he was getting a "bulk purchase" discount on his most recent visit to the store. Upon examining his receipt when he arrived at his home, he realized it would have been more affordable to purchase the items on line (with shipping!!!) and have them arrive at his doorstep.
