I made Spaghetti bolognese today with 1 can whole tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 lb. ground round, 2 onions, 5 garlic cloves, 7 large mushrooms, 1 green pepper, 1 bay leaf, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 lb. spaghetti and Oliovero Toscani: added oregano, basil, dry thyme and ground pepper to the mix and cooked for about 10 minutes.
Ate this with some mineral water. Tonight we've been invited to our neighbors house for party. Our neighbors are an elderly couple in their mid 50s who party like crazy. They like to throw parties every so often but I've somehow managed to duck every single one except tonight.
