Today I'm making grilled fresh salmon fillet with hollandaise butter sauce. Back in the day, my father used to say "mix hollandaise sauce to anything and you will eat yourself to death." I took this literary and imagined having people over until we died of eating. My girlfriend hates the thought.

I also have tossed romaine lettuce in homemade caesar dressing, topped with croûtons, bacon bits and reggiano cheese. I have a terrible hang-over so I will probably dine on this alone, but I have Sparky coming over and some chick called Daniella.
