I visited a friend in the hospital who underwent a procedure called a cardiac ablation to treat atrial tachycardia. It involves killing small areas of the heart muscle which are causing the arrythmia...fascinating stuff. Anyhow, we visited, and she requested a pizza from my favorite restaurant, Uncle Sal's, named for it's former owner Salvatore Gravano. So we opted for the mediterranean pizza with a savory white sauce, spinach, kalimata olives, feta cheese and artichoke hearts. And the largest one since Catholics traditionally fast on Good Friday. But since Martin Luther drank beer at the Diet of Worms, I shall do the same, starting right now.
