Last night The Queen made baked feta cheese chicken breasts, it was delicious. As soon as I heard what she was preparing I already had my mind made up that the leftovers would be pilfered for one of my favorite lunchtime meals: chicken salad. So, I prepared the chicken with some Miracle Whip salad dressing, lemon, salt, pepper and a little basil. The feta cheese chicken salad wrap on a flour tortilla was born. Very satisfying.
