Mmmmm carpaccio & arugula sounds so good. Which reminds me of a great spread for panini's or any sandwich. You put a few blobs of mayo in a food processor, a big bundle of arugula and a clove of garlic. Viola! I need to call my pops, see if I can raid his kitchen.

I had Eggplant Parmigiana (I use the japanese eggplant, it's more tender and flavorful) with a small side of fettucini alfredo. Secret ingredient, small amount of nutmeg. Washed down with Numi Black Tea (hot).
