I just had a Terrine of Foie Gras at Nico's house. The duck foie gras terrine was seasoned with sauternes and black peppers then served with brioche toast and a rhubarb-goji berry jam. Nico used to live in Lyons so he's got exqusite taste.
He even popped a bottle of Chateau de Fontalem and asked me to tell him about work.
