Skipped lunch to have a heavy dinner... is that called Dinunch? Linner? Lunchiner? Errr!

Making home-made chicken parmesan for early dinner.

Marinating chicken in olive oil, garlic, little cayenne pepper, rosemary, basil, ground oregano.

Home made bread crumbs crushed finely mixed with a butt load of parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder.

Pounded the chicken thin and dipped chicken in all-purpose flour, then a couple beated eggs, back in flour, back in eggs and then bread crumbs.

Cooked the chicken for a minute on each side in pan or until just golden. Then laid into a glass dish full of home made sauce bottom and top.

Thick layer of moz. cheese on top and baked 15 min at 375.

Yummmmmmmm!! Hunger cramps suck!
