Back in my guitar days, the only stuff tuned that low came from Iommi. However, "Into the Void" is a far more fun riff in C# than the others.

Randy Rhoad's version of "Children of the Grave" on Ozzy's Randy Rhoads tribute album was better than Sabbaths and was only tuned a half-step down.
