If this plays out like Law & Order, he'll be just on the verge of acquittal by jury, but he'll decide to testify on his own behalf. Then, while testifying, he'll become enraged by the prosecutor and scream something like "Yeah, I did it! The little Bitch deserved it!" and get hauled off to prison.
