The bottom line is this guy was way out of the loop. He didnt do his research. Im surprised he wasn't looking for Debi Diamond or P.J Sparxxx. He has to do his homework. Its a very hard business to break into. Distribution companies get solicited all the time by amatuer producers about distribution. Most of it is garbage.

I would start by hiring amatuers, not girls from agencies. Practice your lighting and angles. If you dont know how to edit, learn. There are a few good programs out there like Premire or Vegas Video.

Enough of the lesson. Class is over. Anyone can buy a camera. That doesnt mean you know what your doing. Invest some time learning about the business before you even shoot a single still or scene. It kind of reminds me of those guys who took Tae Bo and thought they could "fight".
