If as an author you want to use sex as a metaphor you should
use the mating of animals or insects to illustrate your point, not sex between attractive human beings.

Most men, if we think about sex at all beyond how to get more, think of it in animalistic terms anyway: "black widows", "donkey punch", "doggie style", etc.
