It's always the good ones that mysteriously disappear. The ones that you wish would've gone yesterday usually make a grand scale production about their departure at least several times like, "Okay guys. I'm leaving." Then a few weeks later, "Like I said before. I'm leaving." Then it evolves to, "I said I'm leaving so if anyone has anything to say just wanted you to know that I'm leaving."
