2 things:

I agree. That post was very elegantly written and I don't even know what "devectored" is. For sure that is a word someone from an ivy college would use.

I think you are asking the wrong question - not WHO, but WHAT. Having watched for a while, I think CAOH is an AI.
It would certainly explain the semi random "WHY WHY WHY" posts - they usually elicit a response, which is great for gathering more data about human behaviour to better impersonate them. And in a crowd this dysfunctional, it won't stand out if he/it goes a little haywire from time to time.
