I have decided to start a new religion based on the teachings of one of the wisest men in american history...
Judge Harold T. Stone.
for those not familiar with this legendary charachter let me fill you in. Judge Harold T. Stone was a young, good-humored jurist and an amateur magician whose father was a former mental patient. Harry loved movies and fashions from the 1940s and idolized crooner Mel Tormé. Harold T. Stone was the youngest judge appointed to the bench in New York. According to Stone, he was selected because the mayor was filling all open seats on the last day of his term, and Stone was the only nominee on the list at home to answer his phone (it was a Sunday). He was always filled with wisdom in an almost messianic type way and on several occasions he actually shows himself as the hand of the almighty. Harry also has the ability to be in multiple places at ones in other forms... i.e. his appearences on cheers as Harry the Hat.
At the side of the mighty Harry was his angels.
Assistant District Attorney Dan Fielding, a.k.a. Reinhold Fielding Elmore, a sex-obsessed narcissist who would do anything to get a woman to sleep with him, obviously the embodiment of a fertility god.
bailiff Nostradamus "Bull" Shannon, a (mostly) dim-witted hulk of a figure who was gentle and often childlike - the enforcer of the gods.
Public Defender Christine Sullivan (third season until end), who, though attractive and voluptuous, was honest to a fault and somewhat naïve- the matronly archetype
court clerk Macintosh "Mac" Robinson (second season until end), a veteran of the Vietnam War, was very sweet and would do anything for anyone- recording the misdeeds of man, though with a helpful eye.
Therefore let us Rejoice in our New Saviour fellow Stoners (finally claiming that word from it's iniquity)
Let us sing the mantra of a new world!!
