I'm confused by this. First I hear she's starting a production company with Tawny Roberts, then she signs on with an amateur company as an exclusive star/director and now she starts her own production company. So, 3 companies, in 3 months. Anyone know what she's really doing?

Okay, let's see if you can follow this.
The answer is all of the above is "correct"--but NOT at the same time.
First, Devon & Tawny got together, in about October 2005, to work for "Ecstacy Mobile," and co-star in "Devon Loves Tawny." While there are published stills of the two girls sexing-it-up together, I don't think the video was ever shot. Because, next, Devon & Tawny had a HUGE falling out...and Devon got "fired" since the owner of Ecstacy Mobile is Tawny's boyfriend.
Now Devon disses Tawny every chance she gets. Tawny, the true "passive aggressive," says nothing in public--but maybe is engaged in mischief against Devon, like deleting Devon's MySpace web page. (No proof, just a rumor) Or, Devon making calls to Porn Gossip Sites saying she's Tawny and acting drunk or crazy. (Again, no proof, just rumors)
Next Devon hooks up with Black Kat Productions, a company with little rep outside of IR and amatuer sexvids sold on the Internet.
The deal is that Devon will "produce" her own line of sexvids that will be (financed &) distributed by Black Kat--and they have also created a new website for her, "Devon Unleashed." Which, by the way, is suppose to be the name of Devon's first sexvid for Black Kat, which will co-star Jessica Jaymes, and Brittney Skye--and feature the girls traveling around fucking non-porn guys [boyfriends?], and each other.
If you're able to keep up with all of the above, let me add that so far neither Tawny or Devon have released ANY new product, both girls websites seem idle, and they continue to bad mouth and/or play "dirty tricks" on each other. [Note: My best guess is that Tawny has retired from performing.]
Yep...porn is stranger than "Desperate Housewives!"
