What Houston needs is a way to keep the QB vertical. Bush would help by distracting defenses. Or maybe a lineman. Or something. It's not all, or even mostly, Carr. A good defender won't help Carr play any better on his back.

New Orleans already has a running back. Aren't there other problems on that team?

Tennessee needs a QB, but doesn't Young look like the second coming of Michael Vick?

Maybe the Jets do know something, but Pennington seems done to me - why not Leinart?

I don't know most of the teams that well but it wasn't until Arizona at 10 that I thought I saw a pick that was obviously right.
