It's likely that their moms do. Whether mom knows the porn name is another question.

Here's a reasonable question: what names do talent & crew use when on the set? With Behind-The-Scenes footage being shot on a lot of sets it seems best to use stage names, even casually, to avoid having a real name wind up in the BTS section by accident.
