i say the camps are a good solution... if you have below a certain IQ or fit into other catagories, you work in the manual jobs, we dont pay to educate you beyond jr. high... if that long... you get tossed into the lowest class. Then we wont have people whining "whos gonna pick the tomoatoes", whenn we boot out the mexicans.
